A couple of weeks before we launched this blog, fellow Average Norm editor Andrei pointed a book out to me – Paul Wade’s Convict Conditioning. After giving it a quick skim through, I thought it looked good enough to give it a spin, and have been following the programme almost exclusively for the past year and change.
